November notes: The entrances have looked the same for decades and this look has lasted. However, the land has shifted, there are bare areas, and weeds can be removed. A bear has been spotted in the neighborhood. Exercise caution. They are most active during dusk and dawn. Watch your pets when outside. Do not feed bears! Keep trash in an enclosed space.

Join your neighborhood volunteers on Saturday, Oct. 4, any time between 8 am - 1 pm to help clean up the common areas. Meet under the power lines that are West of Virgil and 58th by the trailhead.

Any expense that goes toward the maintenance of common areas must be approved by the HOA Board before those expenses will be reimbursed. You can contact the Board via email or by joining one of the monthly meetings.
