You must get HOA Board approval for any common area expense before you can be reimbursed.
Any expense that goes toward the maintenance of common areas must be approved by the HOA Board before those expenses will be reimbursed. You can contact the Board via email or by joining one of the monthly meetings.

May 2-6, 2025: Policies Regarding Use of Dumpsters
Dumpters will be available May 2-6. Please follow the guidelines under “Read More” to make sure this benefit is available to all. NOTE! All contents must be in the dumpster and flush with the top.
May 3, 2025: Neighborhood Spring Cleanup & Dumpsters (alternate date May 17)
Join your neighborhood volunteers on Saturday, May 3, any time between 8 am - 1 pm to help clean-up the common areas. Meet under the power lines that are West of Virgil and 58th by the trailhead.
May 4: Neighborhood Cleanup
Join us on Saturday, May 4 at 9 am under the power lines. Dumpsters will also be available.
April 10: HOA Board Meeting
Join your neighbors at our April board meeting where we’ll discuss some upcoming construction, maintenance projects, and Spring Cleanup.
