Wed, Jan. 21: Public hearing regarding multi-family units and townhomes at 64th & Easley Rd

A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 21 regarding the 384 multi-family units + 51 townhomes they want to build at 64th & Easley Rd, and because of the proximity of the development, we hope you can attend and/or submit questions too. Meeting Location: City Council Chambers of the Arvada City Hall. See the below letter for all details as well as a picture of the site location.

Also, if you’re not aware about another potential development on McIntyre & 60th, those neighbors have been fighting a truck distribution center for a couple years that will also impact us (if you travel on 64th, McIntyre, Indiana, etc.).
