Bear Alert! Exercise caution; they are most active during dusk and dawn. Put trash in an enclosed space, remove bird feed and feeders from your yard, watch your pets when outside, and do not feed bears! See the attached flyer in “Read More” for detailed information.

Tuesday, June 2, 2026: Wood chipping! The wood pile is between the creek and trail on Windy Street. Feel free to add to the wood pile before the 2nd. Take the wood chips after the 2nd to use as mulch or to use for other garden projects.

December notes: This project is now complete! A few before and after pictures have been posted. Please also see a note from the contracter, Cousins & Sons LLC, who is offering a 20% labor discount for any landscape project during 2026 and 2027.

November notes: The entrances have looked the same for decades and this look has lasted. However, the land has shifted, there are bare areas, and weeds can be removed. This image is a rough hand drawing meant to give you an idea of the design. All of the entrances will have the same elements but may vary slightly.

Join your neighborhood volunteers on Saturday, Oct. 4, any time between 8 am - 1 pm to help clean up the common areas. Meet under the power lines that are West of Virgil and 58th by the trailhead.

Any expense that goes toward the maintenance of common areas must be approved by the HOA Board before those expenses will be reimbursed. You can contact the Board via email or by joining one of the monthly meetings.
