Steve and Terry: Extend tree clean-up East of Virgil; 3-4 trees should be removed to clear Virgil along the stream and into the grassy wetland. Hire the Lumberjack Crew for one more day; hard working and reasonably priced. After that is done, Terry will schedule the chipping and can use Lou.

Terry, side note: The culvert on Easley is on county property. We probably should not do anything to it without notifying them. I am not too concerned about the water flow since the elevation of Easly is about 10 feet below the elevation of the nearest houses in our subdivision. You can check this out by going to the county website and using the GIS map with the contour lines. The creek should wash over Easley before any of our houses are affected. 

Victoria: John C/Jack have down all landscape mowing of the common areas twice in May. Two neighborhood kids are going to mow the two interior islands starting in June.
