Update on Denver Water Project
The Trails HOA Board met the Contractor Neighborhood representative and the Denver water representative to discuss construction involving The Trails HOA land.
- The time frame for The Trails HOA construction is currently set for Dec. 2019 - January 2020.
- It was agreed that staging of construction materials will be moved as far away from our houses in the very SE corner of our property off Easley and South of the creek.

HOA Improvements
Thank You for Your HOA Improvement Suggestions!
At the October HOA meeting, the Board reviewed all of the HOA improvement suggestions submitted by homeowners. The number one suggestion submitted by homeowners was upgrading the two entrances. As such, the HOA Board voted and approved the following HOA improvements:
Upgrade Two Entrances:
- Install commercial solar lighting
- Refinish and paint the "The Trails" lettering and logo
- Re-landscape, including new ground cover and plants

North Water System Renewal Project
UPDATE! Denver Water (DW) is upgrading and modernizing the northern portion of our water system. DW is building a new water treatment plant, installing a new pipeline and redeveloping our Moffat Treatment Plant site. When finished, the system will be more resilient and adaptable to changing demands for water now and into the future.
