The Trails HOA Covenants are out of compliance with the State of Colorado and Jefferson County. Update regarding the working group and next steps in hiring an attorney.

Notes: 1) Meetings can be cancelled if there are no action items. 2) Victoria puts out 2 neighborhood signs at entrances one week before the meeting start date with the date/time/website address.
